Taste MKE
October 19’Paris Driebelbis, Chef De Cuisine of Bacchus MKE, who was named the 2015 and 2017 winner of Ment'or BKB and the Bocusedor Team USA Assistant in 2019 is one of the most recognized chefs in Milwaukee.
Paris teamed up with a friend to start Tastings MKE, a local pop up serving 8 course meals in Milwaukee’s finest establishments. Paris, being the head chef of a restaurant I used to serve and bartend at, hired me to capture their first event. Focus was on the prepping process, the dishes themselves, and the atmosphere of the event.
